Location: Sohar, Oman

We are seeking a highly motivated, skilled, and experienced individual to manage our small factory specializing in cutting and finishing tiles and marble. This role is unique, combining

Key Responsibilities

1. Factory Management & Operations

Oversee all daily operations of the cutting and finishing factory. Manage inventory of raw marble/tiles and finished products. Ensure the machinery (cutting, polishing) is maintained, calibrated, and used safely and efficiently. Manage a small team of factory workers/technicians. Ensure quality control for all cutting, sizing, and finishing processes.
2. Technical Expertise & Site Work

Accurately take measurements/sizes on-site from clients for custom projects (e.g., countertops, flooring layouts). Provide expert guidance on material selection and installation techniques.

Must have hands-on experience in fixing/installing marble and tiles

to troubleshoot issues and supervise installation crews effectively.
3. Sales & Business Development

Actively seek and secure new customers, contracts, and projects (e.g., contractors, property owners, interior designers) in the Sohar area and surrounding regions. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business. Prepare quotations, manage project budgets, and negotiate contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications

Proven experience

in managing a production/fabrication facility, ideally in the construction, stone, or tile industry.

Demonstrable, hands-on experience

in cutting, fixing, and installing various types of marble and tiles. Strong technical understanding of stone processing equipment. Excellent sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills. Ability to accurately read blueprints and take precise site measurements. Strong leadership and team management abilities. Fluency in English (Arabic is a significant advantage). Valid Omani driving license and own transportation (required for site visits and customer meetings).
