Role Summary:
The Factory Manager plays a crucial role in the success of the manufacturing facility by overseeing various aspects of operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with regulations. This role requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and the ability to make decisions that contribute to the overall success of the organization. Job Location: Sharjah, UAE

Main Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage all aspects of the manufacturing facility, including production, quality control, maintenance, and logistics.
  • Develop and implement operational strategies to meet production targets and optimize resources.
  • Supervise and lead a team of production supervisors, operators, and support staff.
  • Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, promoting teamwork and effective communication.
  • Develop production plans and schedules to meet customer demand and organizational goals.
  • Monitor and adjust production schedules based on changing priorities and resource availability.
  • Implement and maintain rigorous quality control standards to ensure the production of high-quality products.
  • Establish and monitor quality assurance processes and procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
  • Conduct regular safety audits, implement safety protocols, and provide training to staff.
  • Manage and optimize resources, including raw materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Work with procurement to ensure a consistent and cost-effective supply of materials.
  • Develop and manage the factory budget, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Identify opportunities for cost reduction and efficiency improvements.
  • Identify areas for process improvement and efficiency gains.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and reduce waste.
  • Collaborate with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and logistics, to coordinate activities and achieve organizational objectives.
  • Report regularly to senior management on key performance indicators and production metrics.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations governing manufacturing operations.
  • Stay informed about changes in regulations and adjust operations accordingly.
  • Develop and implement emergency response plans to address unforeseen events or crises.
  • Coordinate with relevant authorities and agencies in the event of emergencies.
  • Ensure that production meets customer specifications and delivery timelines.
  • Address customer concerns and work towards continuous improvement in customer satisfaction.
  • Provide training and development opportunities for factory staff to enhance their skills.
Education and Experience:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Engineering is a Must.
  • Proven Experience in Aluminum Manufacturing Management is a Must.
Required Knowledge, Skills, Abilities and Personality Attributes:
  • Strong leadership and managerial skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, quality control, and safety standards.
  • Proficiency in budgeting, cost control, and process improvement methodologies.
