Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Full understanding for the project Drawings.

Coordinate with Project Engineer/ Factory Manager to prepare the program in compliance with the project program.

Ensure the availability of the required manpower resources and tools to execute the prepared program and highlight to the PM/FM any issues that might affect the achievement of this program.

Prepare the daily activities program and ensure the proper distribution of the required tools and recourses accordingly.

Responsible for the proper utilization and storage of the work tools and materials in work area and ensure to return any unutilized items to the Factory/project store to be used by other colleagues when required.

Manage and coordinate the work of all subcontractors on site to avoid any work conflicts.

Cooperate with the PM and FM to ensure proper coordination with the Main contractor/ Consultant inspectors to finalize the work inspection in a proper and professional way.

Responsible for the proper execution of the main contract and subcontract works in his work area and ensure that these works are executed in a proper sequence and as per the approved Drawings.

Fully responsible for the Factory/Project cleaning and housekeeping to ensure a proper Factory /site accessibility and logistics and avoid any obstacles that might hinder the progress of works.

Responsible for the work safety at Factory /Site and ensure the proper utilization of the PPE by the labors as per the safety standards and requirements.

Responsible for the proper utilization and maintenance of the temporary facilities at site, including water connections, electrical connections, garbage, etc to avoid any work disturbance that might result due to the temporary facilities damage.

Responsible for forming the required teams and groups to complete the snag works as per the snagging and project handing over program.

Responsible for the project mobilization and demobilization works in accordance with the approved drawings and details and ensure the proper assembly, disassembly and shifting of equipment to the company's main stores.

Any job assigned to him by his Line manager shall be a part of his job description.
