About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive

Plant Manager

to oversee and streamline all aspects of our styrofoam manufacturing facility. This role is positioned above the Production and Sales Managers and includes key administrative responsibilities. The ideal candidate will ensure efficient operations, drive performance across departments, and support the overall strategic direction of the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily factory operations, including production and sales departments. Develop and implement operational policies and procedures. Monitor and optimize production workflows for efficiency, quality, and cost-effectiveness. Collaborate with the Sales Manager to ensure sales targets and customer satisfaction goals are met. Supervise inventory control, procurement, and logistics to ensure timely delivery of materials and products. Handle administrative duties including budgeting, compliance, and HR coordination. Generate reports for senior management and contribute to strategic planning. Promote a safe, productive, and positive workplace culture. Lead and mentor department managers to align with company objectives.

Qualifications:

Proven experience in operations management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills. Knowledge of production planning, supply chain, and administrative functions. Ability to make data-driven decisions and improve operational efficiency. Experience with safety standards and quality control processes.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Management, Engineering, or a related field. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

Sharjah: Reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-provided relocation package (Preferred)
