To manage the Marketing Department Budget. Delivery of all marketing activity within agreed budget. Direction of marketing staff where budgets are devolved.
Developing sales strategies and setting targets.
Monitoring your team's performance and motivating them to reach targets.
Compiling and analyzing sales figures.
Dealing with some major customer accounts yourself.
Requirements
15 to 25 years' experience in Security Fencing or steel fabrication industry.
Min 5 years' experience in Security fencing industry required.
Qatar/GCC Experience required.
BE Mechanical with MBA preferred.
Candidate with Operation and sales experience preferred.
