Key Responsibilities
Oversee end-to-end factory operations, including production planning and execution
Ensure production targets are met in terms of quality, cost, and timelines
Manage factory workforce, including supervisors, technicians, and labor
Plan and allocate manpower, materials, and machinery effectively
Monitor production schedules and resolve operational bottlenecks
Ensure compliance with safety regulations, company policies, and labor laws
Maintain quality control standards and implement corrective actions when required
Coordinate with procurement, stores, and logistics for material availability
Monitor machine maintenance and ensure minimum downtime
Control production costs and reduce material wastage
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports for management
Support continuous improvement initiatives and process optimization
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED14,000.00 - AED17,000.00 per month
