Polymer Shop Fixtures Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and highly skilled FactoryManager to oversee and manage our furniture manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring efficient production, maintaining high-quality standards, and managing factory teams to meet project timelines and installation requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage day-to-day factory operations and production activities Oversee furniture manufacturing processes, ensuring quality and precision in detailing Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines Ensure compliance with quality standards and installation requirements Supervise, train, and manage the production team Coordinate with installation and project teams for smooth execution Monitor material usage, productivity, and workflow efficiency

Requirements:

Minimum 10+ years of experience in furniture manufacturing In-depth knowledge of furniture making, finishing, and detailing Strong understanding of production processes, quality standards, and installation Proven experience managing factory operations and production teams Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
