Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of experience in factory/production management, preferably in metal or decorative fabrication
Strong knowledge of metal sheet materials, cutting, forming, and finishing processes
Proven leadership and team management skills
Ability to take initiative and act decisively under pressure
Hands-on experience with factory equipment and workflow optimization
Good understanding of warehouse procedures and inventory control
Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
Diploma or degree in Mechanical/Industrial Engineering or related field preferred
