One of our clients is looking for Factory Manager (Pharma/ Medical Equipment) in Dubai

Minimum 10-15 years of experience in Manufacturing Management Production Industry.
Should have extensive manufacturing leadership experience within the pharma/ medical equipment/engineering sector.
Direct and coordinate activities of Production-QA-RA-QC-Warehouse- Factory accounting activities- Administrative and Logistics.
Manage relationships with business units and with external entities
Implement lean six sigma practice to minimize the waste and improve the quality and productivity.
Drive operational excellence through strategic planning, workflow enhancement, and robust performance management
Oversee and optimize all manufacturing operations, ensuring production targets, quality standards, and cost objectives are consistently met.
