Looking for a Factory Manager with Medical or Pharma experience

More than 20 years of experience in Manufacturing - Management - Production Industry

Responsibilities:

Responsible for the overall management of the IVD Reagent Factory

Works as a Technical Manager with MOHAP.

. Exercise the powers of management that have been assigned, operating in compliance with the directives received, plans and strategies approved, policies and business procedures

Authorize the start of the production batches and plan the daily- weekly and monthly production plan in accordance with the current stock level and sales order.

Authorize the start of filling the batches after testing.

Authorize the release of the batches to market.

Authorize the planned deviation from the procedure.

Interviewing candidates for positions related to the IVD Regent Factory.

Independently manage the IVD Reagent Factory in DAFZA. Direct and coordinate activities of Production-QA-RA-QC-Warehouse- Factory accounting activities- Administrative and Logistics. Manage relationships with business units and with external entities Ensure the regularity of the processes and Communicate to the NKME reagent factory the production plan Ensure the implementation of the directives and plans on time, through the efficient and effective management of resources under the responsibility. Respond to failure to achieve the targets assigned to the function, to employees and to the factory Oversee the preparation of technical documents and coordinate with the head quarter in Japan NKC. Study and identify the technical solutions to increase the synergy between the various corporate projects Prepare, discuss and review the objectives of the factory departments on annual basis. Prepare periodic reports on the performance of the factory, with appropriate analysis.

Qualifications :

BACHELOR'S DEGREE IN Engineering
MASTER OF BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION (MBA)

PROJECT MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (PMP-PMI)

RISK MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONAL (RMP-PMI)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED20,000.00 - AED25,000.00 per month
