Plan, coordinate, and monitor manufacturing processes in steel and metal production.
Implement and maintain safety protocols, ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations.
Manage factory staff, including recruitment, training, performance evaluations, and workforce planning.
Optimize production efficiency, reduce costs, and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
Collaborate with procurement, engineering, and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.
Prepare operational reports and budgets for senior management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Metallurgical, Industrial Engineering, or related field; a Master's degree is a plus.
Proven experience (typically 7+ years) in factory management in steel, metal, or heavy manufacturing industries.
Strong knowledge of production processes, machinery, and safety standards in metal/steel manufacturing.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to implement lean manufacturing principles and continuous improvement strategies.
