Plastic Packaging - Lubricant & Coolant CansWe are looking for an experienced Blow Molding Factory Manager to oversee and manage the full production operations of our plastic can manufacturing facility.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily blow molding production of HDPE cans (1L, 4L, 5L).
Plan and monitor production schedules to meet deadlines and dispatch dates.
Oversee mold changes, color changes, machine setup, and process optimization.
Ensure high-quality output (dimension, weight, appearance, leak-proof standards).
Coordinate preventive maintenance and reduce machine downtime.
Lead and supervise machine operators, technicians, and support staff.
Monitor raw material usage, masterbatch, and control scrap generation.
Maintain safety, cleanliness, and compliance with company standards.
Prepare daily/weekly production and performance reports.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field preferred.
5+ years of experience in blow molding (HDPE), preferably for lubricant/coolant cans.
10+ years of experience in the plastic manufacturing industry.
Strong knowledge of blow molding machines, molds, and process troubleshooting.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Good communication, problem-solving, and planning abilities.

Pay: AED8,000.00 per month
