Key Responsibilities:




Oversee daily factory operations related to fit-out and exhibition production.

Supervise production processes, manage workflow, and ensure timely output.

Implement quality control measures and ensure compliance with specifications.

Manage procurement, inventory, and supply chain processes.

Lead and mentor the factory team while enforcing health and safety standards.

Qualifications:




Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.

Proven experience managing production in fit-out or exhibition-related industries.

Strong leadership, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Knowledge of factory operations, machinery, and production planning.



Working Conditions:




All positions are full-time, with on-site presence required.
