Job Description

We are looking for a highly experienced factory manager for our factory located in Fujairah where we do Furniture, Kitchen (Wooden/Aluminium), Marble, Glass-Aluminium jobs for our esteemed customers.

Major responsibilities will be as follows:

Have to Streamline the Overall Operations of the Factory. Have to Motivate and Lead the Team Members to achieve the Targets of Deadline and Quality of production and services of expected levels. Serving as per commitment of deadline and quality is the most important responsibility. Have to Establish and Execute effective Quality Control/Checking System for products and services. Have to ensure that all machines are in good condition all the time; Regular Maintenance should take place so that possible breakdown can be avoided. Have to perform Regular and Abrupt Inspection to determine if established standards are met or not. Have to enhance the Production and Quality thru regular inspection and analysis. Have to screen, train and guide the new workers to enable them competent within shortest possible time. Have to prepare and submit Production Reports to the Management to facilitate Key Decision Making.

Eligibility & Requirements:

Bachelor's Degree in related field. Proven Track Records of Successful Practical Experience in similar position for several years. Qualification/Certification of Production Management/Quality Control. Sound knowledge of related machinery. Excellent Time Management Skill, Analytical Ability and Problem-Solving Skills. Very good Communication skills Genuine and Strong Leadership & Management Skills.
