Supervise day-to-day joinery factory operations.
Manage and coordinate workers and production schedules.
Review and understand joinery drawings and ensure proper execution.
Monitor material usage and maintain work quality and productivity.
Prepare daily/weekly reports and communicate effectively with management.
Handle documentation and basic emailing related to production and coordination.
Requirements:
Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in a
Joinery Factory
(UAE experience preferred).
Strong knowledge of
joinery materials, machines, and drawings
.
Good communication and
email writing/reporting skills
.
Ability to
lead and manage workers effectively
.
Must be able to
join immediately
.
