- Manage day-to-day administrative tasks, including budgeting, procurement, and office maintenance.
- Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and organization of all facilities and develop cleaning schedules, ensure compliance with hygiene standards, and manage housekeeping staff effectively.
- Oversee security operations, including staff deployment, access control, and emergency response planning.
- Identify and implement operational improvements to enhance tenant satisfaction and property value and collaborate with sales team to optimize operational processes for client retention and acquisition.
