Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled

Facility Supervisor

to oversee the day-to-day facility operations of our architectural model-making company. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in

MEP systems

, especially

ducted split AC maintenance and operations

. This role demands hands-on problem-solving abilities, effective communication, and a keen eye for detail to support a creative and technically demanding production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate all

Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP)

works across the facility. Operate, maintain, and troubleshoot

ducted split AC systems

to ensure optimal performance and minimal downtime. Lead and manage the

facility maintenance team

, ensuring daily tasks are executed efficiently and safely. Maintain accurate

reports and records

related to facility operations, equipment servicing, and incident logs. Identify and address potential issues proactively; raise

red flags

when necessary to prevent operational disruptions. Oversee

asset management

, including tracking, maintenance schedules, and ensuring equipment is in working condition. Liaise with external

vendors and contractors

for civil, mechanical, and other maintenance or repair work. Implement and monitor effective

waste management

systems and ensure environmental compliance. Optimize the use of available

space

to support production flow, storage, and operational efficiency. Analyze existing systems and provide practical

solutions for process improvements

and better outcomes.

Qualifications:

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering, Facility Management, or related field. Minimum of 3-5 years of relevant experience in facility supervision, preferably in a technical or production-based environment. Hands-on experience in MEP and HVAC systems is a must. Knowledge of Auto Cad is an advantage.
