Job Description
We are looking for a highly organized and experienced
Facility Supervisor
to oversee and manage the day-to-day operations, maintenance, and safety of our facility inRas Al Khaimah
. The ideal candidate will ensure that all building systems operate efficiently, while maintaining a safe, clean, and productive environment for staff and visitors.Key Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of the facility, including maintenance, cleaning, security, and health & safety. Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans for all facility systems (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, etc.). Supervise in-house staff and coordinate with external vendors and contractors. Monitor and control facility budgets and expenses. Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and environmental regulations. Respond to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues promptly. Conduct regular inspections and prepare reports for management.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or related field (preferred). Minimum
3-5 years of experience
in a similar role. Strong knowledge of building systems and UAE regulatory compliance. Excellent organizational and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office and facility management tools. Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.Job Type: Full-time
