Key Responsibilities

Supervise day-to-day facility operations, maintenance, and housekeeping activities Coordinate and monitor vendors, contractors, and service providers (MEP, cleaning, security, landscaping, etc.) Conduct regular site inspections and ensure timely corrective and preventive maintenance Ensure compliance with health, safety, and facility regulations Handle tenant maintenance requests and follow up until closure Maintain records for maintenance logs, AMC contracts, and asset management Support emergency response and incident management Control facility-related costs and optimize operational efficiency

Qualifications and Skills

Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or a related field 3-5 years of experience in facilities supervision, preferably within real estate or property management Good knowledge of MEP systems, building maintenance, and safety standards Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills Ability to manage multiple tasks and vendors simultaneously Proficiency in MS Office and facility reporting Good communication skills
