Job Description
Facility Supervisor or Inspector in order to do the complete inspection of our properties on monthly basis. Here are the below JD requirements for person.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct regular inspections of buildings, HVAC systems, electrical systems, plumbing, fire safety systems, and grounds. Identify and document maintenance, safety, or code violations and ensure corrective actions are taken. Inspect ongoing repair and maintenance work to ensure quality and compliance with specifications. Prepare detailed reports of inspection findings and present them to management. Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations, including OSHA, ADA, and building codes. Coordinate with maintenance and engineering teams to schedule necessary repairs or upgrades. Maintain accurate records of inspections, permits, certifications, and corrective actions. Assist in developing inspection checklists and standard operating procedures (SOPs). Recommend improvements to enhance safety, efficiency, and compliance. Follow up on previous inspections to ensure timely closure of corrective actions.
