Job Description
Ensure the Preventive Maintenance of all equipment is carried out as per the contract requirements
Ensure all service requests from customers are attended to and closed on time.
Ensure that spare parts, consumables are available at the site as per the contract requirement.
Ensure that all activities carried out are as per HSE requirements.
Requirements:
Good Communication Skills.
Must be able to manage a team of 25 members.
Should have HVAC exp especially working with Chillers and Electrical work.
Coordination with sub-contractors
