Facility Supervisor
Job Description
Coordinates and directs planning, maintenance of buildings equipment and other facilities by applying best practice facilities management, to deliver business-focused built environment. Experienced in supervising the technical team. Have in depth knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, carpentry, ventilation, air conditioning, and civil works. Knowledgeable in BMS, LPG system, MS system. Electrical engineer with 3-5 years' experience in facility management. (Experienced in Fit-out work/ coordination is desirable).
