Role Overview:

We are seeking a Facility Supervisor to manage the daily operations of our facilities. This role involves supervising maintenance staff, coordinating repairs, ensuring safety compliance, handling vendor coordination, and maintaining accurate records. The ideal candidate will demonstrate leadership, technical knowledge, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily facility operations for efficiency and quality

Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff and technicians

Plan and coordinate maintenance and repair schedules

Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations

Liaise with vendors and contractors for required services

Assist in managing facility-related budgets and track expenses

Conduct regular inspections to identify and resolve issues

Maintain accurate records and maintenance logs

Act as the primary point of contact for facility-related matters

Escalate unresolved issues to the Facility Engineer as required

Note: Duties may evolve as per operational needs and are subject to periodic review.

Candidate Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, or related field

Minimum of two years of relevant experience in facility operations

Practical experience in safety regulations and infrastructure management

Strong knowledge of technical operations and maintenance systems

Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

Proficient in Microsoft Office applications

Desirable:

Valid Qatar Driving License

Understanding of ISO 9001 and ISO 41001 standards
