Facility SupervisorJob Summary
We are looking for an experienced Facility Supervisor to manage the daily operations, maintenance, and safety of our facilities. The ideal candidate must have at least 5 years of facility management experience in the GCC and strong leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coordinate maintenance teams and contractors Ensure facilities comply with safety, health, and operational standards Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance schedules Monitor budgets, expenses, and resource allocation Respond to facility-related issues and emergencies promptly Maintain accurate records, reports, and inspection documentation Implement operational efficiency and sustainability initiatives Collaborate with management for project and operational requirements
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of facility supervision experience in the GCC Strong knowledge of building systems and safety regulations Proven team leadership and people management skills Proficiency in MS Office and facility management software Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage Valid Qatari ID with transferable sponsorship preferred
