Manages and develops aspects of facilities operations relating to reports and data to meet operational and business requirements including but not limited to property maintenance, cleaning services, energy and waste management, HSE compliance, and sustainable development initiatives.
Role & Responsibilities
Monitor and track performance against SLAs, ensuring that service providers are meeting agreed-upon targets.
Coordinate with service providers to resolve any performance issues or breaches of SLAs, taking appropriate actions.
Monitor and track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to facility maintenance and operations, and generate reports as needed.
Maintain comprehensive data and record of facility-related information, including maintenance records, equipment inventory, and service contracts.
Develop and implement standardized procedures for data entry, record keeping, and document management to ensure consistency and accuracy
Develop and implement sustainability practices (recycling, waste reduction) and strategies for the facility, aligning them with organizational goals and objectives.
Conduct property inspection audits, track the progress and record.
Conduct and attend weekly and monthly meetings with Administration team and service provider.
Keep records or meeting minutes and follow through.
Education & Experience
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a Technical background of Facility Management/ Electrical/HVAC/etc.
Experience working in facility management department or role
Familiarity with sustainability, green initiatives and/or LEED programs
Knowledge of AutoCAD basics
Good communication skills in written and verbal (handling meetings and reports)
