Oversee the daily operation of facility equipment and systems.
Coordinate and schedule repairs and maintenance with document controller and teams.
Manage inventory of supplies and equipment.
Maintain accurate facility records and prepare reports for management.
Supervises the operations to reflect safety, customer service
Supervises the process of installation, removal and daily related duties.
Ensures a level of comfort is maintained in facilities through, H.V.A.C. equipment, adjusting controls as necessary.
Performs routine maintenance and contacts appropriate personnel for emergency maintenance, e.g., plumbing, electrical, H.V.A.C.
Maintains logbooks for duties requiring documentation i.e., life safety devices, maintenance, incident, elevating devices, compressor logs etc.
Completes repairs or minor alterations to building (i.e., carpentry, plumbing, painting, etc.).
Provides maintenance and janitorial services for other municipal buildings as specified by the Facility Supervisor.
Manages and performs cleaning as required (i.e., change rooms, bathrooms, sidewalks, and other areas).
Giving the weekly timesheet and schedule to teams for preventive maintenance and work and reporting to the management.

EXPERIENCE: 3-5 YEARS IN FACILITY
Arabic language speaking
Qualifications:
Experience in property management, leasing, or customer service.
Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Proficiency in property management software and MS Office.
Knowledge of local real estate laws and market trends.
Understand and communicate basic compliance requirements to clients, including DED and Ejari-related queries.
Fixed Salary including all benefit (Salary AED 6,000+ Accommodation)
