Job Title: Facility Engineer (Residential Towers / Hotel Experience)

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee

day-to-day facility operations

of residential towers and/or hotel buildings, ensuring smooth and uninterrupted service delivery.

Develop and execute preventive maintenance schedules

for all essential systems, including: MEP (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing), HVAC systems, Fire alarm and suppression systems, Elevators and escalators, CCTV and access control systems, Building Management Systems (BMS).

Coordinate and lead corrective maintenance

to quickly address equipment faults, minimizing operational disruptions and ensuring tenant/resident satisfaction. Conduct

routine inspections, HSE audits, and risk assessments

to verify system functionality, safety compliance, and infrastructure integrity. Supervise internal maintenance teams and

external contractors

, ensuring all activities meet quality, safety, and performance standards. Prepare

technical reports, asset logs, maintenance documentation

, and operational updates for management review and compliance tracking. Provide

technical oversight for renovation, upgrade, and refurbishment projects

, including design reviews, system compatibility, and contractor supervision. Support

energy efficiency initiatives

and sustainability practices by identifying cost-saving opportunities and optimizing system performance.

based in Qatar

Available to join immediately

on a full-time basis.

Willing to be available 24/7

in case of facility-related emergencies or critical situations.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in

mechanical or electrical engineering

(preferred). Minimum

5 years of hands-on experience

in facility management within residential towers and/or hotel environments. Strong technical understanding of

building systems

, including MEP, HVAC, BMS, and fire safety. In depth knowledge of

Qatar's safety regulations

, HSE practices, and building compliance standards.

Strong English

communication skills (

Arabic is a plus

).
