Job Description
Supervising Facility Operations:
Ensuring all building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, etc.) are functioning correctly and efficiently.Team Management:
Leading and motivating a team of technicians, delegating tasks, and providing guidance.Maintenance and Repairs:
Overseeing routine maintenance, coordinating repairs, and managing preventative maintenance programs.Inspections and Compliance:
Conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues and ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes.Budget Management:
Managing expenses related to maintenance, repairs, and operations.Vendor Management:
Overseeing relationships with external vendors for specialized services and supplies.Communication:
Maintaining clear communication with building occupants, management, and other stakeholders.Qualifications and Skills:
Technical Knowledge:
A strong understanding of building systems (MEP - Mechanical, Electrical, Plumbing) is often required.Management Skills:
Experience in team leadership, delegation, and performance management.Problem-Solving:
Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to facility operations.Communication Skills:
Effective verbal and written communication to interact with diverse stakeholders.UAE Driving License:
A valid UAE driving license is often a requirement,Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
