to support our accommodation, warehouse, and HR operations. This role involves ensuring all facilities are well-maintained, handling daily operational needs, and coordinating with the HR department for employee movements and requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Monitor and follow up on maintenance, repairs, and cleanliness of staff accommodations and warehouses.
Conduct regular inspections to identify facility, equipment, and supply needs.
Maintain and update inventory and asset records.
Coordinate with HR for new joiners' accommodation arrangements, staff transfers, and related logistics.
Ensure smooth movement and allocation of rooms, furniture, and utilities for employees.
Liaise with suppliers, maintenance contractors, and service providers.
Support in ensuring compliance with company safety and hygiene standards.
Prepare regular reports and updates on facility and warehouse status.
Requirements:
Prior experience in facilities, warehouse, or administrative support roles preferred.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer skills (Excel, Word, Email).
English proficiency required (Arabic is a plus).
UAE driving license is Required.
