ROLE SUMMARY
Lead & develop long range plans for the technical services section through the effective management of technical activities and the provision of support to the company\xe2\x80\x99s various operational and sustainable projects. Responsible for all project planning including but not limited to, Inspections, mechanical, electrical, refrigeration, snowmaking, slope operations, rides and attractions.

ROLE PROFILE
- Develops And Implements A Facility Management Program Including Preventative Maintenance And Life-Cycle Requirements In Conjunction With The Outsourced Service Providers.
- Manages Client Direct Installations At Cinema Openings To Ensure That All Equipment Not Included In The Original Project Scope Is Installed On Time And In Working Order For The Opening Day.
- Ensure That All Emergency Information Is Kept Up To Date And Displayed Clearly And Correctly On All Levels Of The Building Including In Meeting Rooms And Other Areas Of General Public Use.
- Routinely Inspects All Contracted Services To Ensure Performance Measures Are Being Maintained And Train Reports In All Required Aspects Of The Technical And Non- Technical Services.
- Manages And Review Service Contracts To Ensure Facility Management Needs Are Being Met
- Maintains Accurate Record Of Maintenance Operations And Present To Upper Management Reports Of Daily Activities.
- Manages The Process Of Disposal Of Worn-Out/Damaged Machinery As Well As The Installation Of New Equipment.
- Conducts Risk Assessments To Identify Possible Hazard / Risks Around Building Facilities Or Premises.
REQUIREMENTS
- Minimum 5+ Years Of Experience As Facility Manager/ Operation Manager/ Hospitality Industry
- Working Knowledge Of Electrical And Mechanical Systems
- Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99S Degree/Diploma In Electrical / Mechanical Engineering Or Project Management
- A Demonstrated Ability To Deliver Soft Facilities Management Services
- Sound Knowledge Of Health, Safety And Environmental Regulations
- Working Knowledge Of Procurement And Contracts
