We are a reputable Qatar-based company specializing in Operation & Maintenance (O&M) and Facilities Management services, delivering high-quality solutions to commercial, residential, and industrial clients across the State of Qatar. As part of our ongoing expansion, we are seeking an experienced and results-driven Facilities Sales Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary:



The Facilities Sales Specialist will play a key role in expanding the company's client portfolio by promoting facilities management and O&M services. The ideal candidate must have previous experience working with facilities management or O&M companies in Qatar or the GCC, possess a strong existing client base, and demonstrate the ability to attract, secure, and support the execution of projects from opportunity identification through successful delivery.

Key Responsibilities:



Identify, develop, and secure new business opportunities within the Facilities Management and O&M sector in Qatar.

Utilize existing client relationships and personal customer network to generate immediate business opportunities.

Promote hard & soft FM services, preventive and corrective maintenance, and integrated O&M solutions.

Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation, proposal submission, negotiation, and contract award.

Coordinate closely with technical, operations, and project teams to ensure smooth project execution and handover.

Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, consultants, and key stakeholders.

Achieve monthly and annual sales targets in line with company objectives.

Conduct market research, monitor competitors, and identify new market trends.

Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for management review.

Required Skills & Competencies:



Strong understanding of Facilities Management and O&M services within the Qatari market.

Proven ability to generate revenue through existing customer base and industry connections.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and closing skills.

Strong business development and relationship management capabilities.

Ability to align client requirements with technical and operational solutions.

Highly organized, self-motivated, and target-driven.

Proficient in MS Office and CRM systems.

Qualifications & Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Facilities Management, or a related field.

Minimum [X] years of proven sales experience with facilities management or O&M companies in Qatar or the GCC.

Existing client base in Qatar is highly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to attract, secure, and support the execution of FM/O&M projects.

Valid driving license (Qatar or GCC) is preferred.

Fluency in English is required; Arabic is an advantage.
