We are seeking an experienced Facilities Operation Head to oversee all hard and soft services, ensure compliance with UAE regulations, and lead our facilities team to deliver safe, efficient, and cost-effective operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead daily facilities operations (electrical, plumbing, housekeeping, Deep Cleaning).
Manage preventive & corrective maintenance programs.
Oversee vendor contracts, SLAs, and procurement.
Ensure compliance with UAE health, safety, and building regulations.
Manage budgets, cost control, and CAPEX/OPEX planning.
Lead facilities staff and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders.
Handle emergency response planning and risk management.
Requirements:
1+ years of Operation Head or Handling Team experience.
Strong knowledge of Hotels, Deep Cleaning and Housekeeping.
Excellent leadership, communication, and vendor-management skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Contract
Contract length: 24 months
Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,400.00 per month
