As Facilities Manager, you will be responsible for day-to-day management of Facilities including building services and space management to meet the needs of the organization and its employees, creating an efficient and friendly Workplace environment. The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate how they have:
Work in conjunction with the EMEA Facilities Manager to develop and execute overall Workplace vision and portfolio strategy.
Lead, manage, and direct matrix team to promote engagement and excellency in customer service and delivery
Develop and sustain a high-quality well motivated team and ensure high staff morale, trust, and RA culture
Work with key stakeholders and leading local teams to deliver best class services and foster a collaborative environment.
Develop and maintain great relationship with internal customers and provide performance reviews on a timely basis.
Assist in the strategic direction for operations and maintenance team in alignment with client goals
Directing and planning of essential services such as building maintenance and take an active part in the selection of service providers/contractors in line with the Rockwell Automation practices and policies.
Work with strategic sourcing professionals to identify cost savings opportunities and support their contracting efforts
Maintain OPEX and CAPEX budgets and meet cost savings targets.
Manage property improvement projects.
Oversee and support all activities relating to front of house management
Administer fleet contract including, operating as service partner points of contact to ensure appropriate service delivery in all applicable sites
Provide support and ensure to Health, Safety & Security are maintained on sites
Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field is preferred.
A minimum of 1 to 5 years of Facilities Management experience
Experience in companies servicing the commercial real estate market (JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield) is welcome.
Experience in people management (1 to 2 years)
Superior stakeholders\xe2\x80\x99 relationship management skills.
Ability to plan and manage within budget and time constraints
Fleet management experience is welcomed \xe2\x80\x93 for ME Facility Manager
Demonstrated organizational and problem-solving approach.
Familiarity with and understanding of various building systems (HVAC, BMS, Access Control & Security Protocols and systems).
Strong business communication skills Verbal and written (Good knowledge of English in speech and writing. Knowledge of other languages is welcome.)
Practical knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) - MUST. Knowledge of AutoCAD is desirable.
Travel up to 20% at a minimum
