Job Responsibilities:
\xe2\x80\x93 Oversee building (90+ flats) and grounds maintenance.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure security and emergency preparedness procedures are implemented properly.
\xe2\x80\x93 Ensure that the facility is clean and maintained according to company policy and procedures.
\xe2\x80\x93 Oversee and supervise the quality of work for other employees to ensure that all tasks are performed correctly, efficiently, and effectively.
\xe2\x80\x93 Manage and review service contracts.
\xe2\x80\x93 Conduct and document regular facilities inspections.
\xe2\x80\x93 Check completed work by vendors and contractors.
\xe2\x80\x93 Recommend maintenance, mechanical, electrical, and facility design modifications.
\xe2\x80\x93 Communicate workplace safety precautions to employees.
\xe2\x80\x93 Forecast, allocate, and supervise the financial and physical resources of the facility management.
