Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations and maintenance of accommodation and assigned facilities
• Ensure facilities remain clean, safe, secure, and well maintained at all times
• Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance issues, safety risks, or hazards
• Report incidents and events to management with accurate documentation and records
• Maintain detailed logs of incidents including dates, times, and corrective actions
• Identify risk areas and implement preventive measures against vandalism or damage
• Monitor vacant units and ensure proper security and end-of-lease handover procedures
• Track utility consumption and implement energy-saving and cost-control measures
• Ensure life safety systems such as fire alarms, sprinklers, and emergency exits are fully operational
• Perform regular checks on safety systems and report deficiencies for corrective action
• Provide day-to-day operational support to the management team
• Maintain accurate operational records and reports as required
• Assist local authorities, emergency services, and law enforcement when necessary

Ideal Profile

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in facilities management or hospitality preferred
• Minimum two years of experience in a facilities management or maintenance-related role
• Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• High attention to detail with effective problem-solving abilities
• Knowledge of safety standards, protocols, and compliance procedures
• Ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced operational environment
