Key Responsibilities
Perform and manage preventive and corrective maintenance for building systems
Respond to emergency maintenance issues and coordinate repairs
Supervise contractors and service providers
Support facility renovations and improvement projects
Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and regulatory standards
Monitor energy usage and optimize building performance
Maintain maintenance records, reports, and budgets
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
[X]+ years of facilities or building maintenance experience
Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems
Experience with CMMS/BMS systems preferred
Knowledge of EHS and regulatory requirements
