to lead and manage all maintenance operations across company offices, facilities, villas, and owned properties. The role involves supervising maintenance teams, coordinating with property management and contractors, and ensuring that all activities are executed efficiently, safely, and in compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities:
Oversee preventive and corrective maintenance programs for all company facilities.
Supervise and guide maintenance staff, ensuring timely and quality work completion.
Coordinate with landlords, facility management, and contractors for specialized maintenance tasks.
Manage maintenance tracking, reporting, and documentation through the
Odoo System
.
Ensure adherence to HSE standards and promote a culture of safety and operational excellence.
Monitor asset lifecycle, optimize resources, and minimize downtime and maintenance costs.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in
Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering
.
5-7 years
of hands-on maintenance experience, including team supervision.
Proven experience managing multiple facilities or properties.
Strong technical knowledge of
electrical, mechanical, HVAC, plumbing, and civil systems
.
Proficiency in
Odoo Maintenance System
and digital reporting tools.
Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills.
