Key Responsibilities

• Conduct scheduled site inspections to evaluate FM service provider performance against contract scope
• Generate work orders for deviations and track corrective actions until closure
• Prepare compliance status reports and update the site manager on a timely basis
• Support the FM team with scoping, tendering, execution, and snagging of civil and landscaping CAPEX projects
• Manage landscaping-related tasks including project scoping, reviewing designs, supervising AMC activities, and ensuring service quality
• Oversee civil enhancement works related to building appearance, SLAs, and scope development
• Contribute to building facilities management tasks and support daily FM operations
• Monitor asset conditions and prepare reports on non-compliances and required improvements
• Maintain documentation, correspondence, technical reports, and progress reports in line with standards
• Coordinate with stakeholders to ensure compliance with FM procedures and performance expectations
• Support risk analysis, quality checks, and problem resolution activities

Ideal Profile

• 3-5 years of experience in the FM industry with strong exposure to inspections, contract monitoring, and landscaping/civil works
• 50% experience in landscaping including scope preparation, project management, design review, AMC oversight, and service quality checks
• 40% experience in civil enhancement works including building aesthetics, SLA requirements, and scope development
• 10% experience in general building facilities management
• Strong understanding of operations and maintenance practices
• Excellent reporting, technical writing, and progress documentation skills
• Strong communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
• Detail-oriented, well-organized, and able to work under pressure with minimal supervision
