Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage a team of technicians, cleaners, and other maintenance staff. Assign work orders and monitor performance to ensure quality standards are met. Provide training and technical guidance to team members. Coordinate and supervise third-party contractors for specialized services Verify completion and quality of outsourced work before sign-off. Obtain quotations, evaluate vendor performance, and support procurement when needed. Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and asset inventories. Prepare monthly operational reports and budget forecasts. Report major incidents and suggest improvement strategies to management. Respond promptly to emergency breakdowns and service requests.Qualifications:
*Bachelor's degree
in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or related field.
