Job Description
Facilities Engineer position is fully responsible for complete management, maintenance and the day-to-day activities
of the royal palace located in Al Khawaneej, Dubai
The Employee responsibility includes: 1. To Lead a team of Technicians for successful execution of HVAC Maintenance Contract Activities 2. To Complete project management, supervision and maintenance MEP Maintenance Contract for the entire Villa. 3. The candidates must have thorough knowledge of routine PPM, Troubleshooting & Breakdown Activities Requirements: - (1) Qualified Electrical or Mechanical Engineer with good communication skills and Hands-On experience in Maintenance of MEP Installations. (2) Minimum 5 years Experience in a related field of specifications. (3) Strong Team leadership and Management Skills. (4) Ability to work under pressure and flexibility to work long hours, if the situation demands. (5) Ability to work in a collaborative and diverse team environment. (6) Must be well familiar with computer applications and capable of generating & presenting maintenance reports. (7) UAE driving license is preferable Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED8,000.00 - AED10,000.00 per month
