Khalil Gibran School is looking for two Facilities Clerks to join our Operations team and support the smooth day-to-day functioning of our school environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist in the day-to-day operations of the school's facilities and general services. Coordinate with internal teams and external service providers to follow up on supplies, repairs, and general services.
Handle staff requests, maintain records, and support administrative processes related to facilities.
Monitor the proper use of equipment and office resources, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards.
Support logistics, including room setups, equipment handling, and the smooth running of school events.
Maintain accurate documentation related to procurement, inventory, and service requests. Communicate effectively with internal teams and vendors to ensure operational efficiency.
Provide general administrative support to the Facilities/Operations Manager as required.
Profile:
Organised, proactive, and detail-oriented Able to multitask in a fast-paced environment Previous experience in facilities or administration is a plus
