Male Facialist
to join our growing team and help us elevate the standard of men's skincare and wellness.
Job Responsibilities:
Perform customized facial treatments for male clients, including deep cleansing, exfoliation, extraction, mask application, and massage.
Conduct skin analysis and recommend appropriate skincare routines and products.
Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic treatment area in accordance with spa standards.
Build strong relationships with clients through exceptional service and professionalism.
Stay current with skincare trends, products, and techniques--especially those tailored for men's skin.
Support spa operations by assisting with product sales, client scheduling, and treatment room preparation.
Qualifications:
Minimum [1-3] years of experience in skincare, spa, or aesthetic services.
Strong understanding of men's skincare needs and products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Professional appearance and positive attitude.
Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
