FEMALE ONLY Role Summary: Performs all types of facial/massage/beauty treatments. To provide and maintain the highest standard of services, recommendations for client homecare, daily operational procedures and overall excellent client care, resulting in repeat client visits and increased sales in the salon. Accountabilities:
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Education:
- To be a team player to ensure the highest possible standards of service delivery.
- Be welcoming, friendly, professional and tactful in all communications with clients.
- Perform full consultation with skin analysis with the clients to understand their skin condition and needs.
- Discuss with client the various treatment options and the costs.
- Responsible for serving clients in an appropriate and professional manner, understanding the clients\xe2\x80\x99 needs and making sure of client satisfaction.
- Discuss the client\xe2\x80\x99s required next visit and inform reception about the same.
- Be punctual, be prepared in advance for each treatment and ensure the specified treatment time is adhered to.
- Ensure that product usage is kept to manufactures specification and not used in excess.
- Educating the clients and recommending products suitable for their skin type or skin condition.
- Keep up to date with latest trends and treatments by attending technical training sessions, beauty seminars and reviewing trade publications.
- Maintain clients\xe2\x80\x99 records for future reference in terms of preferred and recommended treatments.
- Ensure that personal grooming and appearance standards are maintained at all times.
- Be on time for shifts and prompt with each appointment.
- Be flexible with schedules in an attempt to support the needs of the salon.
- Assist in purchase orders.
- Maintain and update equipment, products, services and standards as required.
- Have complete knowledge and understanding of all services and products while educating clients in these areas.
- Actively promote the products, services, promotions and/or discounts available in meeting maximum retail sales goals.
- Maintain an active profile on social media to increase visibility of salon, increase awareness of your talent, stay abreast of latest trends and increase following.
- Uphold the standards of sanitation and sterilization as per the salon\xe2\x80\x99s policies and procedures.

- Certificate in Beauty Therapy.
- Certificate in Facial Therapy.
- Certificate in Massage Therapy.
- Appropriate training on different skin care brands.
- Minimum of 5 years experience as Facial Therapist.
- Minimum of 3 years experience as Massage Therapist.
- Available to work on various schedules including weekends and holidays.
- Physical mobility (able to stand on feet for a prolonged period of time).
- Excellent communication skills.
Contract length: 24 months Salary: AED4,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
- Beautician: 1 year (Preferred)
