Job Overview:



We are seeking a

skilled and passionate Facial Therapist / Massage Specialist

to provide

premium skincare treatments and therapeutic massages

in a luxury beauty environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in

advanced facial techniques, personalized skincare consultations, and high-end massage therapies

, ensuring an exceptional client experience.

Key Responsibilities:



Perform

luxury facials

, including

hydration, anti-aging, and deep-cleansing treatments

Conduct

skin analysis

and recommend tailored skincare solutions Deliver

various massage techniques

, including

Swedish, deep tissue, aromatherapy, and reflexology

Maintain

high standards of hygiene and sterilization

for all tools and equipment Provide

personalized consultations

to enhance client satisfaction and retention Stay updated on

cosmetic trends, skincare innovations, and luxury wellness techniques

Cross-sell

premium skincare products

and additional treatments when appropriate Ensure a

calm, welcoming, and luxurious atmosphere

for clients

Requirements & Qualifications:



Proven experience as a

Facial Therapist / Massage Specialist

in a

luxury spa or beauty salon

Certification in

beauty therapy, massage therapy, or skincare treatments

Strong knowledge of

high-end skincare brands and professional-grade products

Excellent

customer service and communication skills

Ability to work in a

fast-paced, high-end environment

Passion for

beauty, wellness, and client care
