This role offers an exciting opportunity to join a professional team working on high-profile projects in the UAE. You will play a critical role in overseeing faxc3xa7ade-related activities, ensuring design and installation excellence.

Key Responsibilities
- Review existing design and conduct scope gap analysis
- Provide best-practice comments on the design
- Manage and review shop drawings, ensuring accuracy and compliance with design specifications
- Oversee on-site installation, coordinating with the supervision consultant to monitor progress and quality
- Lead the planning and execution of site activities, including managing two-week and eight-week look-ahead schedules and daily activity briefings (DABS)
- Deliver PPC planning and production control updates to the wider project team
- Manage inspections, ensuring smooth trade-to-trade handovers
- Oversee quality sign-offs (QSO) and quality inspection and test plans (QITP)
- Review and approve method statements related to faxc3xa7ade works
- Update faxc3xa7ade requirements as the project progresses
- Chair and manage design meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Produce internal and external project reports
- Build and maintain effective working relationships with all stakeholders
- Identify and implement opportunities for continuous improvement in processes
- Manage a team of professionals, providing performance management, technical development, and coaching
- Contribute to Mace's sustainability goals, supporting net zero carbon transition by identifying and managing carbon reduction opportunities during project delivery
Required Qualifications
- Proven experience working in the United Arab Emirates (essential for client approval)
- Experience working with key UAE faxc3xa7ade companies, including Alec and Alico
Preferred Certifications
- CSCS (Construction Skills Certification Scheme)
- Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS) certification
