Meraki Group is in search of an experienced

Facade Foreman

to lead our facade installation teams on high-rise and commercial projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive knowledge of glass and aluminum systems and demonstrate strong leadership abilities to ensure quality and timely project delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and coordinate daily operations for glass and aluminum facade installations. Ensure all installation work is performed according to project specifications, approved drawings, and safety standards. Lead a team of skilled laborers and subcontractors, providing guidance and support. Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks to ensure the highest standards of workmanship. Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and clients to address issues and concerns promptly. Monitor material deliveries and ensure proper handling and storage on-site. Maintain proper documentation of daily activities, labor reports, and material usage. Enforce health and safety protocols on-site, ensuring compliance with company policies and local regulations.

Requirements

High school diploma or relevant vocational training in construction or engineering. 5+ years of experience in facade installation, specifically in glass and aluminum systems. Proven experience leading a team and managing site activities. Strong understanding of facade construction methods, materials, and safety regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
