We are seeking an experienced

Facade Draftsman / Designer

with a strong background in the

Facade and Fabrication industry

to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing detailed shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and design layouts in coordination with project managers, engineers, and production teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare accurate shop drawings, fabrication drawings, and as-built drawings for facade systems Develop detailed drawings for aluminum, glass, steel, and related facade elements Coordinate with design, engineering, and site teams to ensure drawings meet project requirements Review and revise drawings based on client, consultant, or site feedback Ensure drawings comply with project specifications, standards, and timelines Support production and installation teams with technical drawing clarifications

Requirements:

Proven 3-5 years of experience as a Draftsman / Designer in the

facade & fabrication industry

Strong proficiency in

AutoCAD

(mandatory); knowledge of other design software is a plus Good understanding of facade systems, fabrication processes, and materials Ability to read and interpret architectural and structural drawings Attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines Good communication and coordination skills

Preferred Qualifications:

Diploma or Degree in Drafting, Civil, or related field Experience with aluminum, glass, steel, or curtain wall systems Knowledge of site coordination and shop drawing approvals
