Meraki Group is looking for a detail-oriented

Facade Contract Administrator

to oversee and manage contractual agreements for our facade projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in handling contracts within the construction industry, with a focus on facade systems. You will play a crucial role in ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and managing risks associated with facade contracts.

Key Responsibilities:

Draft, review, and negotiate facade contracts, ensuring clarity and compliance with both company policies and legal requirements. Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and stakeholders to ensure timely execution and adherence to contractual terms. Monitor contract performance and manage discrepancies or disputes that may arise throughout the project lifecycle. Prepare and maintain comprehensive documentation related to contract agreements, amendments, and communication with vendors. Assist in cost management and budget control by tracking expenditures related to contracts. Provide training and support to project teams regarding contract administration processes and requirements. Ensure compliance with local laws, regulations, and safety standards in contracting activities.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in contract administration, particularly in the facade and construction sector. Strong understanding of construction contracts, contractual law, and risk management principles. Excellent negotiation, analytical, and communication skills. Proficiency in contract management software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Skills:

Experience with BIM and other construction management tools is a plus. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work collaboratively with teams and build effective relationships with stakeholders.
