Operations Responsibilities
Plan, schedule, and coordinate facade cleaning jobs with rope access, cradle teams, or scaffolding providers.
Conduct site assessments for safety, equipment requirements, and manpower planning.
Ensure compliance with
HSE standards
, including risk assessments, method statements (RAMS), and work permits.
Supervise or monitor cleaning teams to ensure quality and safety.
Communicate with clients regarding job progress, challenges, and completion updates.
Inspect and approve completed jobs before handover.
Handle material procurement, equipment allocation, and maintenance coordination.
Maintain job reports, daily activity logs, and performance documentation.
