We are seeking skilled Welders and Fabricators to join our dynamic team . This role is crucial for assembling and fabricating metal structures and components, ensuring high-quality standards and safety protocols. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: - Interpret blueprints and technical drawings to determine the specifications for welding and fabrication tasks. - Cut, shape, and assemble metal components using welding machines and tools, ensuring precision and quality. - Conduct inspections of completed welds to guarantee adherence to safety standards and quality control. - Maintain welding equipment and tools, ensuring it is in good working order and ready for use at all times. - Collaborate with engineers and other team members to troubleshoot any issues that arise during the fabrication process.
